With 70 years of experience, Cusezar arrives in Cartagena with Brenta, the new affordable housing project in Serena del Mar.

 

Brenta will feature 1,344 housing units distributed across 27 towers of five levels plus an attic level. The apartments will have a total built area starting at  35542.4 ft² and a private area from 32194.8 ft², along with a wide range of common areas designed for the recreation and use of its residents.
